No. Sorry. We have arrogantly elected to be a 100% online business.

You will be alerted that we're out when you try to buy it, OR if we run out after you've already placed your order we will apologise profusely and then offer you the option of waiting until it's back in stock, another product or a refund.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, AfterpayKlarna, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. We sadly no longer accept grape Hubba Bubba as payment, due to it being a very silly idea indeed.

Skin Care Concern

Newborn skin is delicate, tender and sensitive as the epidermis is still developing making it incredibly fragile. In fact, newborn skin is approximately 30% thinner than adult skin and takes approximately 12 months to fully develop. Babies also have a much higher surface area to weight ratio making them far more sensitive to external influences, like heat, or fabrics like wool etc. Water-handling properties in baby skin is also still developing which means they are far more prone to dehydration which can lead to redness and irritation.

Our range is specifically formulated for infant skin, which can be very thin, very delicate, and very easily irritated. Gro-To products are pH-balanced, exclude soap, parabens, synthetics, sulphates, dyes and petroleum, and are packed with natural ingredients to calm and nourish even the touchiest, fussiest skin. Some of our products do include nut oils! The seed and nut oils in Skin Wizard (sweet almond oil, macadamia seed oil and jojoba) and Super Softy (sweet almond oil) are all refined and hugely beneficial for infant skin. Refining tree nut oils reduces the protein that may cause a reaction. However, if you're concerned about a nut allergy, we'd always recommend seeking further information around ingredients from your pediatrician or medical practitioner. You can find a full list of ingredients on each product page.

We recommend you seek medical advice for skin issues like this one. Our products should not be used in place of therapeutic products, which may be more appropriate to specifically address these types of skin conditions.

Eczema is extremely common in babies and young children, however it is difficult to diagnose, and treat. We recommend you seek medical advice for skin issues such as suspected eczema. Our products should not be used in place of therapeutic products, which may be more appropriate to specifically address these skin conditions.

If your child's skin is dry or itchy, Super Softy can be applied immediately to lightly-dried skin to moisturise and calm the skin.

The seed and nut oils that we have chosen to in Skin Wizard are hugely beneficial for infant skin. There's a combination of nourishing, soothing and hydrating ingredients which are mild, non-irritating and won't strip the skin of its natural oils making it perfect for sensitive baby skin. It's great to use in the bath, and also all over the body directly after the bath.

As with anything being applied to infant skin, we do recommend patch testing before use. Even a child who is not allergic to ingested almonds may have a reaction to topical almond oil.

Check our Ingredient Glossary for a full breakdown of each ingredient and known allergens.

Absolutely!

No. Gro-To is completely cruelty free, and we have the CFF accreditation to prove it.

As with Gro-To, Zoë tests everything on herself, and in this case, her children. And her friend's children. And any other children she could find as she was testing and trialing version after version.

Each product has an expiry of 2 years of manufacture and should be used within 12 months of opening.

  • Skin Wizard bottles are made from PET which can be recycled via your local kerbside collection
  • Sud Bud bottles are made from HDPE which can be recycled via your local kerbside collection, unfortunately the pump is not accepted by your kerbside recycling service
  • Super Softy are made from EVOH tubes, and unfortunately most council's kerbside collection don't recycle soft plastic
  • Bad Dream Buster's bottle and cap are made from PET which can be recycled via your local kerbside collection

Gro-To products contain a mixture of very mild, natural ingredients that contribute to the overall fragrance of the products. As with all topically applied, cosmetic products, we always recommend patch testing before first use. Bad Dream Buster contains natural lavender essential oil, however this is a room spray and should not be applied directly to the skin.

Please consult a medical professional or call the 24/7 Poisons Information hotline 13 11 26.

Gro-To is designed to be safe for little ones and swallowing small amounts is unlikely to cause long term harm. However if larger amounts have been swallowed or if you're concerned we recommend you contact the number above.

    Two-In-Fun

Absolutely! Fine, curly, thick, knotty, crusted in mashed potato.

Two-in-Fun is tears-free. And ophthalmologist approved. However, as with all bath/shower products, remember to rinse eyes with water if the product makes direct contact with eyes.

Many traditional shampoos have a high pH, which can interfere with the scalp's natural pH balance and lead to irritation. Two-in-Fun has been specially formulated to ensure it is balanced to the correct pH for babies skin.

Two-in-Fun can be used daily, depending on your child’s hair needs.

No! Two-in-Fun is extremely efficient. It’s a shampoo that conditions as it cleanses, so you can wash and detangle in one lather. (Because the best kids’ hair wash is a fast hair wash.)

Please consult a medical professional or call the 24/7 Poisons Information hotline 13 11 26.

    Yes!

You can! Two-in-Fun is formulated specially for kids' hair, but really, there’s no age range.

    Skin Wizard

Yes. Please do. All over boobs, bum and tum from 6w pregnant to 6w post-partum, ideally.

Zoë did on her child. We believe that the ingredients in Skin Wizard are not only tolerable to newborn skin, but can be very helpful to infant skin, particularly when used in the bath. A patch test is highly recommended due to the inclusion of plant and nut oils. If you're concerned about an existing or developing nut allergy, we'd recommend seeking further information around ingredients from your pediatrician or medical practitioner. You can find a full list of Skin Wizard ingredients on the product page.

    Every day, or as needed.

Any oil can be used in the bath but remember Skin Wizard is not soluble in water, which means it will not mix too well in water. We recommend applying it directly to skin while skin is still damp after bathtime for the most benefit and best penetration.

Both do a fantastic job of nourishing the skin, but in different ways. Oils are occlusive, which means they excel at locking in moisture that is already in the skin. This is why we recommend using Skin Wizard immediately after the bath or shower, while the skin is still damp to seal in that moisture. It absorbs rapidly, and softens the skin, and aids skin barrier function.

Think of Super Softy as your daily moisturiser, and Skin Wizard as a booster and treatment product. (Or massage product. Or itchy skin fire-putter-out-er-er). It comes down to personal preference and both can be used together if so desired. Both contain nourishing, soothing and moisturising ingredients to protect, hydrate and calm skin.

Skin Wizard contains sweet almond oil, macadamia seed oil, sandalwood nut oil and Super Softy contains sweet almond oil. We always recommend you do a patch test on your baby's skin before applying any new product to their skin. For a full breakdown on the ingredients and known allergens visit our ingredient glossary.

    Sud Bud

Many traditional soaps, bubble baths and body washes naturally have a high pH which can lead to dry and irritated skin. Sud Bud has been specially formulated to ensure it is balanced to the correct pH for babies skin.

Yes. Being a gentle, plant-based cleanser with none of the irritants or harsh foaming agents often found in other bath products, Sud Bud is fine to use as a shampoo as well as a body cleanser. Keep away from eyes, obviously, and rinse with water if the product makes direct contact with eyes.

Sud Bud should not sting or irritate your child's eyes. However, as with all bath products, remember to rinse eyes with water if the product makes direct contact with eyes.

Everyone's skin is different, and so it is impossible to say. That said, we have formulated the range to be as non-irritating as possible, so we really hope not. Our Gro-To fragrance is non-synthetic, derived from natural essential oils and present in a minute amount, but it is always possible your baby's skin may be sensitive to an ingredient in the product.

We always recommend you perform a patch test on your baby's skin before applying any new product to their skin. For a full breakdown on the ingredients and known allergens, please skate over here.

No. Sud Bud contains Xanthan gum, which is derived from eggs-enzyme.

    Please do!

    Super Softy

    Absolutely!

Zoë did on her child. We believe that the ingredients in Super Softy are not only tolerable to newborn skin, but can be very helpful to infant skin, particularly when used on dry or damaged skin. A patch test is highly recommended due to the inclusion of plant and nut oils.

Every day, or more if skin is itchy and dry.

Both do a fantastic job of nourishing the skin, but in different ways. Oils are occlusive, which means they excel at locking in moisture that is already in the skin. Lotions like Super Softy are excellent for dry skin, as they are creamy and comforting, and excel at penetrating the skin because they are partly water-based, so can utilise ingredients that can help the skin's ability to retain moisture. Use Skin Wizard before Super Softy, just as you would use a face oil and then a moisturiser.

Please consult a medical professional or call the 24/7 Poisons Information hotline 13 11 26.
